FORM 2009 artists, read up
When you submit your entries via FTP, don’t forget to submit all your info at once; if you are unsure about how to do so, either include all the information requested in the Entry Form (ENTRY FORM PAGE 1 / ENTRY FORM PAGE 2) in a simple text file, or email form@wedesignatlanta.com with your artist name as the subject line and include the information in plain text there. There is a signature portion of the Entry Form, so make sure that we receive that sheet with a signature on it–print it sign and scan it back in to email to us, OR print it, sign it, and send it to our address:
